What is life? It is a complex matter located in time and space; but considering only the physical dimensions of life’s processes is a potential pitfall, like an open manhole when you are going pensively along. Is it really true that humans are born to die? That puts me into a philosophical mood…
I was born in 7482 anno mundi, or somewhere around then. Then the usual, a playgroup… entering school, finishing school… a machine-gunner in the army… Military service influenced me; I still don’t laugh at the circus. I had a strong desire to follow agent ‘007’, and I made some attempts, but I was quickly disappointed, and I started out my civil career. I don’t know if my labour helped to strengthen the national economy, but I did my best. Then I summed up the experience I had got by my 33rd year and I wrote my first serious book. ‘A world that was not existing’. Then my next book ‘A cell’ followed. And then… let’s see.
The novel of Andrew Levchenko «World that isn't existing» soon will be published in "Detective-Press"

A cell 20 a.l. Has not published This novel is about Life itself. It is about the hidden meanings of life. It is about the low points of male relationships, and about how difficult it sometimes is to make the right choice. It is written without lyrical digressions and sentimental scenes. It is a picture of real life, where an old offender can be more honest and noble than a respectable politician, and an orthodox monk is able to cope with an armed gangster; both defeating the criminal and curing him. This story is shocking, but honest.
